Refund Conditions

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, and the full amount is refunded.

Refunds are made according to the following periods:

• 24 hours or more before the session: full refund
• Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund

The refund amount is refunded through the original payment method. Processing time is 3-5 business days.

• Events cancelled due to weather conditions
